Taipei, Taiwan – June 6, 2022 – Lanner Electronics (TAIEX 6245), a global leader in network appliances and Whitebox Solutions™, today announced the company releases NCA-2520 and NCA-1525 network appliances, powered by Intel Atom processors. At RSA 2022 from June 6 to June 9, Lanner will showcase the two new appliances at booth #4400.
Lanner NCA-2520 is the all-new 1U rackmount network, which offers virtualization optimized performance with 8~24 cores counts and max 128GB DDR4 RAM. Equipped with 100Gpbs crypto acceleration and TPM 2.0, NCA-2520 works as a mid-range uCPE and security appliance for enabling high-throughput, low-latency processing for network function virtualization and network security in medium-size branches or enterprises.
The NCA-2520 also features 8x RJ45 and 8x 10G SFP+ as default ethernet ports, plus one NIC module slot for additional 1G~100G ethernet ports, and one PGN module slot for LTE/5G wireless connectivity.
Lanner NCA-1525 is the low-footprint desktop network appliance built on Intel Architecture, which offers 4~8 cores counts, max 64GB DDR4 RAM and up to 20Gpbs crypto acceleration. Designed as an entry uCPE appliance and security platform, NCA-1525 features 4x RJ45, 2x 2.5G RJ45 (reserved as optional PoE+ ports) and 2x 10G SFP+. For wireless connectivity, the NCA-1525 is capable of supporting both the 5G mmWave, Sub-6GHz and WiFi 6.
